1) Request Date Form

  • Give our team up to 24hrs for review

2) Approval and Contract

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email notification.
  • This email will include a contract for your review. There’s no need to sign it unless you agree with the information provided..
  • Carefully read the contract, sign and submite.
  • Redirected to payment options

3) Payment Information

  • After signing, you’ll be redirected to choose your payment option: deposit or full amount.
  • If the full payment is not made at signing, a follow-up email will be sent starting two weeks before the event date.
  • Full payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event.
